There's so much to do here at Josephus Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Sheepeater Hot Springs Campground is a delightful location for that; you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Brundage Mountain while you're here. But wait, there's more fun stuff to do in the Salmon River Mountains. A charming lake like Lost Lake near Josephus Lake is a fine site to check out; there are tremendous places to explore along the Bear Valley Creek Trail.
