At Jensen Lake you don’t see much rain; through the month of November you get the most rain around here, and July is the month with the least moisture. At Jensen Lake during the summer highs are in the 80's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 30's, and nighttime lows during the winter for Jensen Lake tend       to be in the 20's. A short tour to Sproat Spring is always worthwhile, and why not camp at Givens Hot Springs while you're here at Jensen Lake. This lake is so wonderful. A pleasant close by hotel is Budget Inn, and at Jensen Lake you can observe Walters Butte. Desert Inn Motel is a wonderful location to get some rest, and there's some flowing water close by, Rabbit Creek is a stream you can check out while you're here.
