For the duration of the months of summer here at Island Park Reservoir, high temperatures regularly get into the 70's with nighttime lows in       the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and night lows during the wintertime for Island Park Reservoir tend to be in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. The cheerful folks of Rexburg like to hang out close by. Yeah, come here to Island Park Reservoir for a splendid time. Not far from Island Park Reservoir you get some wonderful water scenery at Island Park Dam, and if you're here and you like golf, you can visit Island Park Village Resort Golf                  Course. Camping at Valley View Grocery and RV Park is always a good experience, and going for a hike along the Tin Cup Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. Around Island Park Reservoir you don’t get a lot of rain; June is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February. Antelope Park is right here at Island Park Reservoir, and hiking along the Dry Creek Trail is tremendous fun. This lake is so wonderful.
