Indigo Lake is a nice lake to visit. Summertime highs at Indigo Lake regularly tend to be in the 80's while night lows are usually in the 40's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Indigo Lake. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Clearwater Mountains. by Rock Creek Point if you're here at Indigo Lake; get your pulse rate up on the nice whitewater of Salmon River. Around Indigo Lake you don’t get a lot of rain; the wettest month of the year is mostly May, that's the one that rains
the most while February is frequently the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. The summit of Hanover Mountain can be observed from Indigo Lake, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Lava Butte Trail.
