Indian Lake

A lake close by is Upper Bear Lake, and if you came for an overnight stay Elk Summit is a great place to camp. The 22-mile-in-length Dolph Creek to Selway River section is a type III-IV section of whitewater on Moose Creek. You might get dripping wet whitewater kayaking or rafting this sweep of Moose Creek, so you should be prepared for that. Whitewater rapids are risky matters, so you ought to check current conditions before heading out.
This lake is so wonderful.
And if that's not sufficient there's lots more fun stuff to do in the Bitterroot Range. Clearwater National Forest is a fine place to go if you're at Indian Lake, and camping is available at Hoodoo Lake Campground.
