If you are in this part of Idaho make sure to pay a visit to Indian Lake. Bitch Creek has a magnificent whitewater paddling spot nearby, and why not camp at Bear Gulch Campground while you're here at Indian Lake. High temperatures at Indian Lake all through the days of summer are in the 70's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 40's. | | so wonderful. There are tremendous locations to look at along the West Boundary Trail, and dry warm beds await you at Teton Mountain View Lodge.
Dog Creek flows through this area, and not far from Indian Lake you acquire some wonderful water scenery at Indian Lake Dam. Hit the slopes at Grand Targhee nearby, and a splendid place to camp here at Indian Lake is Cave Falls Campground. This lake is so wonderful.

for a hike along the North Bitch Creek Trail; unsurprisingly, this is a splendid region for people who like lakes, Thompson Hole is a lake nearby. Be careful coming to Indian Lake, you might not ever want to return home again. Good
hiking is available along the Boundary Creek Trail, and if you need a location to stay Grand Targhee Ski And Summer Resort is a perfect choice. The yearly rainfall here at Indian Lake is about average; January is when you get the most snow here, and the driest of the months is July.
