Hunt Lake is always a pleasure to visit. This lake is so wonderful. If you come at the right time of year, Priest River offers some great whitewater, and Sandpoint Super 8 Motel is a good place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Hunt Lake gets a typical amount of annual precipitation; December is the wettest month with most snow, and July meanwhile is the driest month. | | tremendous close by hotel is Schweitzer Mountain Resort. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Pack River; you can have a good hiking adventure along the White Mountain Trail. This place, Hunt Lake, it definitely has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff. What would winter be without some skiing at Schweitzer; going for a hike along the Chipmunk Rapids National Recreation Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. of summer at Hunt Lake highs are typically in the 80's with overnight lows in the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's with temperatures at Hunt Lake dipping down into the 10's through winter nights. Camping at Hunt Lake
is delightful fun, Sundance Village RV Park is a delightful local campground, and if the weather is glorious, you can go for a hike along the Hanna Flast Nature Trail. A picturesque lake like Fault Lake right next door to Hunt Lake is a great location to stop by, and you get a tremendous vista of Chimney Rock Middle Cairn from here.
