Langer Lake
 | 13 miles away Moderate uphill hike..couple of miles from road; classic rock wall mountain behind lake; nice place to backpack into..day trip or camp overnite; some wild life; hiked in here in summer and early spring when 1 - 2' of snow on ground (and melt was rushing down mountain side beneath snow...flowers growing in ground beneath crystal clear runoff (beneath snow...quite a site).Didn't catch any fish during August trips. Last time I was in there was the 1970's.... |
