Many people like to go to Horse Heaven Lake. So many cool things to do at Horse Heaven Lake, so little time. The picturesque Seven Devils Mountains is here at Horse Heaven Lake; camping at Windy Saddle Campground is always a magnificent experience. The summit of Mount Belial can be spotted from Horse Heaven Lake; Horse Heaven Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Seven Devils Campground is a good local campground.

| | Trail is always a perfect adventure; let's not forget Mill Creek which is a stream that you may encounter while you're here. And if that's not enough there's a heap more amusing things to do in the Wallowa Mountains. You can run the rapids of Snake River close to Horse Heaven Lake; close by you discover the Old Boise Trail which is a fine hiking trail. The Wallowa Mountains scenery is always beautiful.

highs are in the 90's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 40's; nighttime lows during the wintertime for Horse Heaven Lake tend to be in the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. A great
place for whitewater paddling near Horse Heaven Lake is Little Salmon River, and Whitetail Club and Resort is a magnificent place to get some rest. Just can't get enough of the Wallowa Mountains. Go for a hike on the Deep Creek Trail.
Lakes are magnificent; Gem Lake is a lake that's in the neighborhood of Horse Heaven Lake.
This lake is so wonderful. A brilliant nearby hotel is Best Western Salmon Rapids Lodge, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood
you can always stop by nearby Upper Cannon Lake. At Horse Heaven Lake you don’t see much precipitation; all through May this area sees the most rain, and July is when it's the driest.
