Why not stop by Home Lake if you're passing through these parts. For the duration of the summer months here at Home Lake, high temperatures generally reach the 90's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. for whitewater paddling is Payette River. Bread Loaf Rock is simple to spot from Home Lake, and on a tremendous day you can take a hike along the Shirts Creek Trail.
At Home Lake you don’t see much rainfall; of all the months
in a year November is the one with the most rain, and the driest month of the year is July. Really pleasant skiing awaits you at Tamarack, and a great spot to camp here at Home Lake is Hi Valley RV Park. This lake is so wonderful. There is a perfect hiking trail near Home Lake called the Dry Buck Mountain Trail.
