Highline Lakes

  This lake is one of the great places here in the Clearwater Mountains.
Highline Lakes is great enough to spend more than a day at, Elk Mountain is a great local campground. Clearwater National Forest is a good spot to explore on a gorgeous day, and Drake Saddle is certainly a great place to visit. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Highline Lakes that you need to camp here for a while, Fog Mountain Trailhead is a good location for
Summertime at Highline Lakes arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. Through the wintertime the highs are generally in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Highline Lakes are in the 20's.
