It's always fun to stop by Highline Lakes. This lake is one of the great places here in the Clearwater Mountains. Why not camp at Race Creek Campground while you're here at Highline Lakes, needless to say you could also explore Fawn Lake since you're here; it's not far at all. If you go for the outdoors, you'll like Highline Lakes. Go for a hike on the East Boyd Glover Roundtop National Recreation Trail.
This lake is so wonderful. A great spot to camp here

| | at Highline Lakes is Cedar Flats Campground, and there's whitewater on Moose Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers. The annual precipitation here at Highline Lakes is about average; January is the month that gets the most snow while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. There are some pleasant whitewater spots on Selway River, and going for a hike on the Meadow Creek National Recreation Trail is always a good adventure.

cool things to do here in the Clearwater Mountains, too good to be true. Near Highline Lakes you discover delightful places like Drake Saddle, and there are good places to discover along the Nez Perce Trail. During the summer at Highline
Lakes highs are usually in the 80's. Summer night lows fall down to the 50's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 30's; nighttime lows at Highline Lakes during the winter usually fall into the 20's.
