Hideway Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. There's whitewater on Boise River - North Fork for all you adrenaline junkies, and you can make out Trinity Mountain from Hideway Lake. While you're here at Hideway Lake you can take a hike along the Roaring River Trail, and if you came to camp Big Roaring River Lake Campground is a good place to do that. This lake is so wonderful. is the wettest month with most snow while July is frequently the driest month. The Hot Springs Creek Trail is a good hiking trail near Hideway Lake, and if you're visiting from Mountain Home, you won't be the only one.
