    Hidden Lake is a lake worth visiting. There is a good hiking trail close to Hidden Lake called the Recompense Trail. There's so much to do here at Hidden Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Sage Hen Campground is a great spot for that. Payette Motel is a great site to get some rest; there's whitewater on Payette River - North Fork for all you adrenaline rush seekers. Summertime highs at Hidden Lake usually tend to be in the 90's. Summer night lows  
   drop down to the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Hidden Lake sink into the 10's.
This location, the Salmon River Mountains, has so much outdoors fun stuff. Hidden Lake Dam is delightful and it's in close proximity to Hidden Lake. If you fancy the outdoors you'll fancy it here in the Salmon River Mountains. Going for a hike on the Pine Creek Meadow Trail is always a tremendous
 
               adventure, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Payette River - North Fork. Hidden Lake really is in the middle of a striking outdoors paradise. There's some flowing water nearby, Padget Creek is a stream you can take a look at during your stay; dry warm beds await you at Valley Inn Motel.
Hidden Lake is one of the lakes here in the Salmon River Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. The Little Sage Hen Ridge Trail is a magnificent hiking trail near Hidden Lake, and you can stay the night at Hollywood Point Campground. At Hidden Lake you don’t see much rainfall; all through November this area sees the most rain while July is usually the driest month.
