    Why not stop by Hidden Lake if you're passing through these parts. Man, is there lots of entertaining stuff to do in the Salmon River Mountains. Why not camp at Water's Edge RV Resort since you're here at Hidden Lake, and a great place for whitewater paddling is Payette River - North Fork. You're almost certainly addicted to lakes, Lost Lake is one of those nearby, and after a long day outdoors Ashley Inn is a perfect location to spend a night or two. This  
   lake is located in the wonderful Salmon River Mountains.
From a rain point of view Hidden Lake is a quite typical place; January is when you get the most snow here, and the driest month is July. This place, Hidden Lake, it absolutely has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff. Not far from Hidden Lake you obtain some magnificent water scenery at Skein Lake Dam, and you can run the rapids of Payette River - North Fork. Throughout the summer months at Hidden Lake temperatures
 
               are mostly in the 80's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 40's. Throughout the wintertime highs are regularly in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Hidden Lake.
You absolutely ought to like the Salmon River Mountains. From Hidden Lake you acquire a wonderful panorama of Collier Peak, and there are glorious places to explore along the Blue Lake Trail. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Mccall Super 8 Lodge is a perfect choice, and pleasant hiking is available along the Campbell Creek Trail.
This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Lake Cascade State Park; don't leave Hidden Lake without first going for a hike along the Willow Creek Trail.
