In Idaho there are many beautiful lakes, Hidden Lake is one of them. For the period of the summer at Hidden Lake temperatures are ordinarily in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows dip down to the 40's. Through the winter this place gets highs in the 30's while Hidden Lake overnight low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 20's. What a place this is for outdoors people. This lake is so wonderful.
Arizona Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth going to, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Clearwater River - South Fork. Going for a hike on the Pilot Knob Trail is always a wonderful adventure. There's so much
to do here at Hidden Lake that you need to camp here for a while, California Creek Bar Campground is a great location for that. The Reed Bar Trail is a glorious hiking trail right next door to Hidden Lake; drift down the rapids of Clearwater River - South Fork in a kayak.
