The Granite Ridge Trail is a glorious hiking trail near Hidden Lake, and Big Sand Lake is a good lake close by. So many fun things to do here in the Bitterroot Range, too good to be true. There are some great whitewater spots on White Sand Creek; if you need a place to stay Super 8 Motel - Hamilton is a glorious choice. All year is       a perfect time in the Bitterroot Range if you fancy the outdoors. Summertime at Hidden Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Hidden Lake are in the 10's. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. There is a wonderful hiking trail right next door to Hidden Lake called the Sally Ridge Trail; if the weather is perfect, you can                  go for a hike along the Lee Ridge Trail. Hidden Lake is one of the lakes here in the Bitterroot Range. An average amount of rainfall falls at Hidden Lake; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most snow; the driest month of the year is July. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes?
