Hidden Lake gets a normal amount of yearly rainfall; January is the month that gets the most snow, and the driest month is July. There are perfect places to explore along the Bull Moose Trail; if you've had enough of Hidden Lake, Virginia Lake is nearby. So much fun stuff to do here at Hidden Lake, too magnificent to be true. Get dripping wet paddling on Salmon River; Hidden Lake is a magnificent location to visit       for more than one day, Point Campground is a magnificent location to camp nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Mount Cramer is a peak you can observe from Hidden Lake, and there's good hiking along the Yuba River Trail. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Hidden Lake has to offer, you can camp at Heyburn Mountain Campground; don't leave Hidden Lake without first going for a hike along the Yellow Belly Trail. And if that's not enough there's lots                  more fun things to do in the Sawtooth Range. The slopes of Soldier Mountain Ski Resort are so inviting nobody can resist. Just can't get enough of the Sawtooth Range. If you're here at Hidden Lake, you could check out Tenlake Creek, obviously you could also stop by Hidden Lake since you're here; it's not far at all. The Sawtooth Range scenery is always beautiful. During the warm days of summer highs here at Hidden Lake get into the 80's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 40's.
