If you are in this part of Idaho make sure to pay a visit to Hero Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Man, is there plenty of enjoyable things to do in the Bitterroot Range. Aquarius Campground is a great campground nearby; do take a look at Cataract Creek while you're here at Hero Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Hero Lake is right by the Dead Mule Trail, and Crag Peak can be distinguished from Hero Lake. Take a hike on the Old Montana Trail; everyone close

Bitterroot Range. There's whitewater on St. Joe River for all you adrenaline kick people, and not far from Hero Lake you'll come across Gnat Lake which is a stunning lake. And that's not all you can do here at Hero Lake. Stay the
night at Mammouth Springs Campground; there are other spots here than Hero Lake, for example Mud Lake. This lake is one of the great places here in the Bitterroot Range. Hero Lake is a good place of common rain; the month of January is the wettest with most of the snow, and the driest of the months is July.
