Heifer Reservoir is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Heifer Reservoir is pretty arid frequently; May is the month that gets the most rain; October is when it's the driest. Camping at Mountain View RV Park is always a fine experience, and if you have the time, Craters Of The Moon National Monument is a national park worth checking out. Heifer Reservoir is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, Hi-country RV Park and Campground
