The Salmon River Mountains scenery is always beautiful. Hard Butte Lake is pretty waterless frequently; May is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month of the year is July. So much enjoyable stuff to do here at Hard Butte Lake, too tremendous to be true. Lakes are glorious; Lower Twin Lake is a lake that's close to Hard Butte Lake, and a splendid place to camp here at Hard Butte Lake       is Allison Creek Campground. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Whitetail Club and Resort is a fine location to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Warm Springs Saddle is a brilliant spot to explore, and hiking along the Broken Leg Trail is great fun. Man, is there heaps of entertaining things to do in the Salmon River Mountains. Best Western Salmon Rapids Lodge is a good site to get some rest, and unsurprisingly, this is a great                  vicinity for people who like lakes, Upper Twin Lake is a lake in close proximity. So much exciting stuff to do here in the Salmon River Mountains, too splendid to be true. The sight of Hard Butte from Hard Butte Lake is beautiful, and you can have a perfect hiking adventure along the Crestline Trail. In the event that you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Hard Creek, and do take a hike on the Lava Butte Trail. Hard Butte Lake is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Hazard Campground is a splendid local campground; whitewater paddling is tremendous on Hazard Creek. Summertime brings highs in the 90's to Hard Butte Lake. All through the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 50's.
