Yellow Belly Lake is a nearby lake that you could go to, and a visit here wouldn’t be complete without a journey to close by Challis National Forest. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Holman Creek Campground is a glorious spot to camp; since you're here at Gunsight Lake it's a great idea to pop by The Kettles.
While you're here at Gunsight Lake, you could also
    stop at picturesque Mill Lake; The Gunsight is another pleasant place to stop by close by. Don't leave Gunsight Lake without first checking out Chinese Wall; here at Gunsight Lake you can see Lee Peak.
