Green Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Lake Walcott State Park is a great local campground. If you need a spot to stay Super 8 Heyburn Burley Area is a nice choice, and Monument Lake is a brilliant lake close by. For the duration of the summer at Green Lake highs are mostly in the 80's. Once the sun is down it       descends down to the 50's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 20's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Green Lake temperatures descend to the 0's.
