This lake is one of the great places here in the Salmon River Mountains. And if that's not enough there's plenty more entertaining things to do in the Salmon River Mountains. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Lava Butte Trail, and hey, Corral Creek is a good local stream. Don't you try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a tremendous time here at Grass Mountain Lakes. Hiking along the Crestline Trail is good fun; Grass Mountain Lakes sits in the shade of the Grass

| | Mountains. Hard Creek is a great whitewater spot close to Grass Mountain Lakes. Lakes are delightful; Lake Serene is a lake that's right next door to Grass Mountain Lakes. This lake is so wonderful. This is a splendid area for folks who like lakes. Frog Lake is a lake in the vicinity; if you need a place to stay Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Mccall-The Hunt Lodge, Id is a good choice. are ordinarily in the 90's. Summer nighttime lows dip down to the 50's. Highs during the winter are frequently in the 40's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Grass Mountain Lakes temperatures drop to the 20's. In
case you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Hazard Creek. There's so much to do here at Grass Mountain Lakes that you need to camp here for a while, Hazard Campground is a great
site for that, and a tremendous close by hotel is AmericInn McCall. Grass Mountain Lakes gets very little rain; the wettest month of the year is frequently May, that's the one that rains the most while July is frequently the driest
month. This lake is so wonderful. You can observe Grass Mountains from Grass Mountain Lakes, and Hard Creek Meadow is a brilliant location to check out. Now, you may think that's lots but there's even more cool things to do here
in the Salmon River Mountains. Take a hike on the Broken Leg Trail, and if you came to camp Grouse Campground is a pleasant spot to do that.
