Granite Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. So much cool stuff to do in the Salmon River Mountains, not sufficient time. On a nice day at Granite Lake you can take a hike along the Box Lake Trail, and Ellis Lake is a nearby lake that you could have a look at. There is a nice hiking trail in the vicinity of Granite Lake called the Fall Creek Trail, and you can stay the night at Upper Payette Lake Campground. This lake is so wonderful. You'll
