If you are in this part of Idaho make sure to pay a visit to Granite Lake. There's so much to do here at Granite Lake that you need to camp here for a while, LoLo Hot Springs Resort is a pleasant site for that, and there's great hiking along the Tepee Ridge Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Sally Ridge Trail, and Skookum Butte is pretty and can be spotted from here. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Granite Lake has to offer,

From a rain point of view Granite Lake is a reasonably typical site; the month with most of the snow is January while July is commonly the driest month.
