Governors Punchbowl is pretty dehydrated frequently; December is the wettest month with most snow while July is mostly the driest month. Sun Valley has brilliant slopes and a friendly staff; Galena Summit is gorgeous and can be spotted from here. Yeah, come here to Governors Punchbowl for a tremendous time. Going for a hike on the Bull Moose Trail is always a tremendous adventure, and some of the water nearby flows,       like Twin Creek. Hit the slopes at Soldier Mountain Ski Resort in close proximity. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Governors Punchbowl is good fun, Smoky Bear Campground is a good local campground, and a nice spot for whitewater paddling is Salmon River. Dry Canyon is a delightful place to discover, and if you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Salmon River. Summertime highs at Governors Punchbowl regularly tend to be                  in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 30's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's while Governors Punchbowl nighttime low temperatures throughout the winter are in the-10's.
