Why not camp at Point - Sawtooth National Forest while you're here at Goose Lake, and Wingate by Wyndham - Twin Falls is a great place to get some rest. It is very dehydrated here at Goose Lake generally; the wettest month of the year is generally November, that's the one that rains the most while July is commonly the driest month. This lake is so wonderful.       Camping is available at Oregon Trail Campground, and a magnificent nearby hotel is Jerome Days Inn. High temperatures at Goose Lake during the months of summer are in the 90's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's typically in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Goose Lake. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Snake River, and you'll meet a lot                  of people from Twin Falls here.
