Get yourself into a kayak and hit Panther Creek, and Golden Trout Lake is not the only place nearby, Deer Lake is a nearby lake. While you're here at Golden Trout                  Lake you can take a hike along the Waterfall Trail, and a lake close by is Cathedral Lake. Around Golden Trout Lake you don’t get a lot of rain; the month with most of the rain is June, and the driest month is February.
