Gold Pan Lake

 
  This lake is one of the great places here in the Clearwater Mountains.
Base Camp Campground is a good local campground, and Salmon National Forest is a good place to stop by. Yeah, come up here to the Clearwater Mountains for a good time. Why not camp at Observation Point if you're here at Gold Pan Lake.
An average amount of precipitation falls at Gold Pan Lake. Most of the snow falls during January while July is the month with the least amount of
    precipitation. Throughout the summer months highs here at Gold Pan Lake get into the 80's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 40's. Highs through the winter are mostly in the 30's while Gold Pan Lake nighttime low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 10's.
