Roaring Creek Lakes is a nearby lake that you could stop at; you can run the rapids of Panther Creek. A brilliant spot to camp here at Goat Lake is Long Tom Campground; brilliant hiking is available along the Gant Ridge Trail. This lake is so wonderful. If you get bored of Goat Lake, you       could also go to nearby Dome Lake, and you can go for a hike on the Crags Trail. You think that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Here at Goat Lake you can observe Beehive, and Panther Creek is a magnificent whitewater spot close by. Having a magnificent time in the Salmon River Mountains is easy. Goat Lake is located in the Salmon River Mountains. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors entertaining things the Salmon River Mountains has to offer.                  Goat Lake is brilliant enough to spend more than a day at, Ebenezer Bar Campground is a brilliant local campground; don't leave Goat Lake without first going for a hike along the Clear Creek Trail.
