    In Idaho there are many beautiful lakes, Gibson Lakes is one of them. And if that's not enough there's loads more fun things to do in the Wasatch Range. Don't leave Gibson Lakes without first going for a hike along the Bloomington Lake Trail, and Crystal Inn Logan is a brilliant spot to get some rest. Get soaked paddling on Logan River, and there are plenty of folks from Logan here. So much amusing stuff to do at Gibson Lakes, so little time. There's brilliant  
   hiking along the Midland Trail; you'll find a stunning lake called Crescent Lake.
Not much rain falls here at Gibson Lakes; during June this area sees the most rain, and July on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the High Line Trail. Gibson Lakes is a beautiful lake in the Wasatch Range.

               what you get at Beaver Mountain. Just can't get enough of the Wasatch Range. Camping at Cub River Canyon Guest Ranch is always a brilliant experience; since you're here, you could also explore delightful Blue Lake. During the long summer days here at Gibson Lakes, high temperatures regularly reach the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's while Gibson Lakes overnight low temperatures through the winter are in the 10's.
If you need a site to stay Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites LOGAN is a glorious choice, and the peak of Andrew Nyman Mountain can be made out from Gibson Lakes.

Bloomington Lake Trail
...mington Lake Trail and Bloomington Lake is up Bloomington Canyon on the West Side of the Bear Lake Valley. The canyon road is accessed off of Highway 89 in the community of Bloomington. It is approximately 11 miles to the top of the canyon and parking area. The road is dirt and gravel and suitable for most passenger cars. It is a short trail to the lake where you will be rewarded with a beautiful high mountain lake with high surrounding cliffs.
There are many trails the lead off from the canyon and connect to other surrounding canyons. One of the more notable trails is the Highline Trail. This is an approximate 60 mile trail that runs north and south along the ridge line of the mountains. The trail can be accessed at many point including the top of Bloomington Canyon. At the parking area the road continues a bit futher west and the road turns into a trail that leads up to the ridge. The Limber Pine trail is more of a nature walk than a hike. It's good for kids and those seeking an easy, short trail. Educational posting about flora, etc. are included around this loop trail. It's fun, too, even if you are a serious hiker. I think I could complete the loop in 15 minutes, but one posting I saw said 45 minutes. Walk it and find out. Easy access right off the road....
