You'll truly wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting things in the Salmon River Mountains. Get dripping wet paddling on Payette River - North Fork; there are tremendous places to look at along the Antelope Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Near Gabes Bathtub you stumble on the Gabes Peak Trail which is a wonderful hiking trail. What a site this is for outdoors folks. After a long day outdoors Mccall Super       8 Lodge is a splendid site to spend a night or two, and going for a hike on the West Mountain Trail is always a good adventure. Wilson Meadows is a pleasant spot to check out, and camping is available at Hollywood Point Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Ashley Inn is a fine site to get some rest. Lakes are fine; Blue Lake is a lake that's near Gabes Bathtub. If you have a thing about the outdoors you'll have a thing about it here in the Salmon River Mountains.                  Paddling on Payette River - North Fork is so much fun, and the top of Gabes Peak is easily spotted from Gabes Bathtub.
