French Creek Lakes is located in the Salmon River Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Yep, outdoors exciting things to do are beyond doubt plentiful here at French Creek Lakes. This is a wonderful region for folks who like lakes. Mac Han Lake is a lake in the neighborhood, and there is a good hiking trail close by called the Broken Leg Trail. Around French Creek Lakes you don’t get a lot of precipitation; May is when you get the most rain here                  while July is ordinarily the driest month. After a long day outdoors AmericInn McCall is a fine place to spend a night or two, and if the weather is good, you can go for a hike along the Lava Butte Trail.
