What a nice lake Fogg Lake is. Summertime highs at Fogg Lake typically tend to be in the 80's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 40's. Highs during the winter are frequently in the 30's with temperatures at Fogg Lake dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. The annual precipitation here at Fogg Lake is about average; January is when you get the most snow here, and July is the month with the least moisture.

| | This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Salmon River - South Fork, and from Fogg Lake you get a good panorama of Buckhorn Mountain. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Paddy Flat Campground is a great place to do that; do take a hike on the Buckhorn Trail. Man, is there lots of amusing things to do close to Fogg Lake. at Brundage Mountain. There's so much to do here at Fogg Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Kennally Creek Campground is a fine spot for that. This location, the Salmon River Mountains, has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff.
There are some great whitewater spots on Payette River - North Fork; you're perhaps interested in lakes, Kennally Lakes is one of those close by. This lake is located in the wonderful Salmon River Mountains. Nearby lakes? Sure,
Rapid Lake is right next door to Fogg Lake, and hiking along the Paddy Flat Lake Fork Trail is magnificent fun. So much enjoyable stuff to do in the Salmon River Mountains, not enough time. After a long day outdoors Mccall Super 8
