    A visit to Flea Lake is always a good idea. Summertime at Flea Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's, and the overnight is fairly colder of course, generally in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Flea Lake. So much entertaining stuff to do in the Clearwater Mountains, not enough time. On a splendid day at Flea Lake you can take a hike along the East Boyd Glover Roundtop National  
   Recreation Trail, and camping is available at Fog Mountain Campground. So many enjoyable things to do at Flea Lake, so little time. Lakes? Sure, Chimney Lake is close by, and there are other places here than Flea Lake, for example Louse Lake.
There's no way someone can get bored here in the Clearwater Mountains. The Meadow Creek National Recreation Trail is a great hiking trail near Flea Lake, and if you want to have a look at some attention-grabbing stuff,
 
               have a look at Flea Ridge Point. The Clearwater Mountains scenery is always beautiful.
This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Lochsa River, and a delightful location to camp here at Flea Lake is Gedney Creek Campground. The annual precipitation here at Flea Lake is about average; January is the month that gets the most snow while July is regularly the driest month. Near Flea Lake you locate the Anderson Butte National Recreation Trail which is a wonderful hiking trail, and Chimney Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth a visit.
