Fivemile Lake is always a pleasure to visit. Fivemile Lake gets very little rainfall; November is the wettest month with most rain, and July is the month with the least moisture. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Fivemile Lake; Cedar Tree Trail is a wonderful local trail, and float down the rapids of Bruneau River in a kayak.
There's great hiking along the Tindall Trail, and lots of people from Mountain Home come here. Throughout the summer months here

Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 30's; after the sun is down throughout the winter temperatures at Fivemile Lake sink into the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Roberson Trail, and if you come at the right time of year, Sheep Creek offers some wonderful whitewater.
