When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 40's. Throughout the wintertime highs are regularly in the 20's, and night lows throughout the wintertime for Fish Pond tend to be in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is great on Henrys Fork, and a great close by hotel is Island Park Village Resort. Here at Fish Pond there are plenty of       folks from Rexburg, and after a long day outdoors Anglers Lodge is a splendid site to spend a night or two. If you want a wonderful time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Fish Pond. Osborne Springs is an inspiring site to visit during your stay; camping at Fish Pond is tremendous fun, Buffalo Campground is a tremendous local campground. There is a great hiking trail close to Fish Pond called the Dry Creek Trail, and from Fish Pond you obtain a wonderful                  vista of Osborne Butte. This lake is so wonderful. Fish Pond is a location that is pretty waterless mostly; June is the month that gets the most rain, and February is when it's the driest. Going for a hike on the Willow Creek Trail is always a nice adventure, and a golf course close by is Fremont County Golf Course.
