If you are in Idaho county it's always a good idea to stop by Fish Lake. Stay the night at Cedar Flats Campground, and since you're here, you might as well take a look at Tribulation Saddle. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Bitterroot Range. There's whitewater on Lochsa River for all you adrenaline rush seekers; on a wonderful day you can take a hike along the Colgate Licks Nature National Recreation Trail. Throughout the long summer days highs here

| | at Fish Lake get into the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. Through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's with temperatures at Fish Lake dipping down into the 20's all through winter nights.

Wounded Doe Licks is a scenic site any
time of year. There's so much to do here at Fish Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Green Flat Campground is a glorious spot for that. Fish Lake is a beautiful lake in the Bitterroot Range.
