Beautiful Fish Lake has much to offer visitors. The Bitterroot Range scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Fish Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Ruby Creek Campground is a good place for that, and in the event that you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Clark Fork. Don't leave Fish Lake without first going for a hike along the Colgate Licks Nature National Recreation

| | Trail. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Fish Lake has to offer, you can camp at Clearwater Crossing Campground.
And if that's not sufficient there's a heap more fun things to do in the Bitterroot Range. If you're here at Fish Lake, you could go to Wapito Creek. For the duration of the warmest time of the year here at Fish Lake, high temperatures typically get into the 80's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 40's. | |

Through the winter highs are in the 30's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Fish Lake dip into the 10's. So many entertaining things to do here at Fish Lake, too great to be true. Do set aside some time
for Foley Basin while you're here at Fish Lake, and there's perfect hiking along the Cedar Creek Stock Driveway.
Super 8 Motel - St. Regis is a nice place to get some rest; there are great locations to look at along the Trout
Creek Stock Driveway. At Fish Lake you don’t see much precipitation; most of the snow falls all through January, and July is when it's the driest. Just can't get enough of the Bitterroot Range. Siamese Lakes is a nearby lake that you could check out, and Lochsa River is a great whitewater spot close by.
