Falconberry Lake is usually a pretty dried up site; during the month of December you get the most snow around here, and July on the other hand is the driest. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Falconberry Lake; South Fork Trail is a delightful local trail; if you came to camp Rock Creek Campground is a good spot to do that. Summertime at Falconberry Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's, and       throughout the night it cools down to the 30's. Highs through the wintertime are usually in the 20's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Falconberry Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Shellrock Ridge Trail; Falconberry Lake is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Hospital Bar Campground is a fine local campground. Having a good time at Falconberry Lake is simple. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Goat                  Creek Trail, and a great place for whitewater paddling is Camas Creek. Falconberry Lake is one of the lakes here in the Salmon River Mountains. Having a great time in the Salmon River Mountains is painless.
