Elsie Lake is a beautiful lake in the Bitterroot Range. Elsie Lake is a good place of common precipitation; the wettest month of the year is typically January, that's the one that snows the most, and the driest month is July. A day on the slopes of Silver Mountain is just what you need, and after a long day outdoors Silver Mountain Ski & Summer Resort is a pleasant spot to spend a night or two. If you want       a great time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Bitterroot Range. One of the main highlights of the surroundings of Elsie Lake is Striped Peak, and a great close by hotel is Baymont Inn & Suites Kellogg. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool stuff at Elsie Lake. The skiing at Lookout Pass is magnificent, and don't leave Elsie Lake without first going for a hike along the Prince Peak Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Yep, outdoors                  cool things truly is plentiful here in the Bitterroot Range. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Elsie Lake has to offer, you can camp at Blue Anchor Trailer Park, and whitewater paddling is glorious on Coeur d'Alene River. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Elsie Lake. Summer night lows drop down to the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Elsie Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the West Fork Slate Divide Trail. There's so much to do here at Elsie Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Down By The Depot RV Park is a good place for that.
