At Lake Elmore you don’t see much rain; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain, and the driest month is July. For the period of the warmest time of the year, highs mostly are in the 90's at Lake Elmore with night lows in the 50's. During the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's, and all through the dark hours in the winter at Lake Elmore temperatures fall to the       10's. Lake Elmore really is in the middle of a scenic outdoors paradise. You'll meet a lot of folks from Boise City-Nampa here, and Plantation Country Club is a golf course close by. You might want to pay a visit to Pierce Gulch while you're here at Lake Elmore, and you can stay the night at On The River RV Park. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Hulls Gulch Nature Trail, and Ameritel Inn Boise Towne Square is a good place to get                  some rest. Gotta ski! Tamarack is a great place to do that. There's so much to do here at Lake Elmore that you need to camp here for a while, Hi-valley RV Park is a good site for that. After a long day outdoors Ameri Suites is a brilliant location to spend a night or two.
