From Elk Lake you acquire a perfect vista of Cony Peak, and do stop at Limber Lake, it's a delightful lake. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Greyhawk by ResortQuest. So many enjoyable things to do here in the Sawtooth Range, too nice to be true. Going for a hike on the Bull Moose Trail is always a great adventure, and it's a tremendous idea to explore Drop Creek. This lake is       so wonderful. A pleasant spot to camp here at Elk Lake is Grandjean Campground; don't leave Elk Lake without first going for a hike along the Yellow Belly Trail. And that's not all you can do here at Elk Lake. While you're here at Elk Lake, you could also take a look at picturesque Three Lake, and you can run the rapids of Salmon River. Fern Falls is an inspiring site to have a look at while you're here; a delightful place for whitewater paddling is Salmon                  River. Through the warm months highs here at Elk Lake reach the 80's with night lows in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's, and night lows at Elk Lake throughout the wintertime usually dip into the 10's. Man, is there a load of amusing things to do in the Sawtooth Range. Why not camp at Iron Creek Campground while you're here at Elk Lake, and there are delightful locations to discover along the Black Warrior Creek Trail.
