There's no way somebody can get bored here in the Sawtooth Range. Thatcher Creek Campground is a glorious campground nearby, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always take a look at nearby Marten Lake. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Bear Valley Creek Trail, and get wet paddling on Marsh Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Have a splendid hiking adventure along the Camptender       Trail, and unsurprisingly, this is a tremendous vicinity for people who like lakes, Kelly Lake is a lake close at hand. From a precipitation point of view Elizabeth Lake is a relatively common location; during the month of January you get the most snow around here, and the driest of the months is July. What a location this is for outdoors folks. Elizabeth Lake is a nice place to visit for more than one day, Grandjean Campground is a nice place to camp nearby.                  Take a hike on the Blue Bunch Trail, and drift down the rapids of Salmon River - Middle Fork in a kayak. During the days of summer at Elizabeth Lake temperatures are usually in the 80's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 40's.
