Summertime highs at Elizabeth Lake frequently tend to be in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 40's. Through the wintertime highs are typically in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Elizabeth Lake. A tremendous nearby hotel is Super 8 Motel - St. Regis. You get a wonderful panorama of Elizabeth Mountain from Elizabeth Lake, and you can stay the night at Hidden Creek Campground.       From a rainfall point of view Elizabeth Lake is a pretty common place; January is the month that gets the most snow, and July is when it's the driest. But wait, there's more amusing things to do in the Bitterroot Range. In case you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Kelly Creek; a beautiful lake like Ellie Lake is a great location to go to. This lake is so wonderful. Clearwater River - North Fork is a good whitewater                  spot in close proximity to Elizabeth Lake. There's so much to do here at Elizabeth Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Mush Campground is a good place for that.
