Palisades Pines RV Park is a good campground here; after a long day outdoors Super 8 Motel - Rexburg is a glorious spot to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Teton River for all you adrenaline kick people; Comfort Inn Rexburg is a perfect       site to get some rest. Through the long summer days at Egin Lakes highs are usually in the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's generally in the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 20's while Egin Lakes overnight low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 10's.
