This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Yellow Belly Trail is always a fine adventure, and get drenched paddling on Salmon River. This lake is located in the wonderful Sawtooth Range. There are fine places to explore along the Yuba River Trail. Lakes? Sure, Ardeth Lake is in close proximity. At Edna Lake through the long summer days highs are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures       sink down into the 40's. During the winter the highs are regularly in the 30's, and after the sun is down throughout the winter temperatures at Edna Lake plunge into the 10's. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors exciting things the Sawtooth Range has to offer. Glide down the rapids of Salmon River in a kayak; camping at Alturas Inlet Campground is always a splendid experience. That right there is lots already, but it keeps on going; Edna Lake                  has it all. The summit of Glens Peak can be spotted from Edna Lake; a quick tour to Tenlake Creek is definitely a delightful idea. Camping is available at Point Campground, and the peaks of the Sawtooth Range dominate the scenery of this vicinity. Edna Lake gets a normal amount of annual precipitation; most of the snow falls all through January while July is usually the driest month. Having a delightful time in the Sawtooth Range is easy. There is a tremendous hiking trail close to Edna Lake called the Bull Moose Trail, and what would winter be without some skiing at Soldier Mountain Ski Resort.   Clarion Inn Ketchum, Ketchum 45 miles away Nestled in the heart of the Sawtooth Mountains.
