Idaho has many beautiful lakes and Eden Lake is one of them. For the period of the warm days of summer highs here at Eden Lake reach the 90's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Highs through the winter are usually in the 40's; overnight lows throughout the wintertime for Eden Lake tend to be in the 20's. Eden Lake is pretty dried up mostly; the month with most of the rain is May, and July meanwhile is the driest month. And if that's not enough

| | there's plenty more enjoyable stuff to do in the Salmon River Mountains. Hiking along the Crestline Trail is pleasant fun, and unsurprisingly, this is a perfect area for folks who like lakes, Black Lake is a lake close at hand. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a location to stay Best Western Salmon Rapids Lodge is a pleasant choice. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Eden Lake has to offer, you can camp at Grouse Campground. is a beautiful lake in the Salmon River Mountains. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors exciting things the area right next door to Eden Lake has to offer. Hard Creek is a wonderful whitewater spot near Eden Lake, and Western
Mountain Lodge is a fine place to get some rest. The peak of Hard Butte can be seen from Eden Lake; why not take a refreshing hike along the Lava Butte Trail. Since you're here at Eden Lake why not visit Warm Springs Saddle, and
it's a delightful idea to go to Jacks Creek. This lake is so wonderful. If you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Hazard Creek. Now, you may feel that's a heap but there's even more exciting
stuff to do here in the Salmon River Mountains. Eden Lake is a great site to camp, Hazard Campground is a great site, and do take a hike on the Broken Leg Trail.
