A visit to Eaton Lake is always a good idea. Inn At Sand Creek is a great site to get some rest, and why not camp at Garfield Bay Resort since you're here at Eaton Lake. If you want a magnificent time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Eaton Lake. If you need a spot to stay Best Western Edgewater Resort is a wonderful choice, and there is a nice hiking trail close by called the Upper Declaration Trail. | | be in the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 40's. During the winter highs are in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Eaton Lake. You're in all probability interested in lakes, Mud Lake is one of those nearby, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Pack River. area. Going for a hike on the Larch Mountain Trail is always a good adventure, and there are some great whitewater spots on Pack River. This lake is so wonderful. Do schedule some time to take a look at Garfield Bay near Eaton
Lake if you have a chance. The yearly rainfall here at Eaton Lake is about average; during the month of November you get the most rain around here while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Looking for something
right next door to Eaton Lake? Beaver Lake is in close proximity, and the Green Mountain Trail is a great hiking trail nearby.

For the 2009 season, we have a new clubhouse group facility, bathhouse, amphitheater, dock, boat rentals, and 40 RV sites. 14 of them are 50amp fullhookup pull-thrus, 3 huge super sites overlooking the lake, and another 20 partial hookup sites. We also have camping cabins and covered wagons and Wooden pole tents with wooden floors. We also have internet, movie rentals, and sell propane too. This area has tons of hiking, fishing, hunting and canoing/kayaking in the Kootenai River. The Kootenai Wildlife Refuge is 5 miles away and is great to hike around. We have fishing and swimming in our 3 acre lake and have 2 huge Lakeside Firepits.
