The Meadow Creek National Recreation Trail offers hiking at its best, and there are other sites here than East Peak Lake, for example South Lone Lake. The yearly precipitation here at East Peak Lake is about average; the month with most of the snow is January; the driest       month of the year is July. And if that's not enough there's a load more fun things to do in the Clearwater Mountains. East Peak Lake is right by the Anderson Butte National Recreation Trail, and whitewater paddling is splendid on Lochsa River. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at East Peak Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Green Flat Campground is a great place for that; here at East Peak Lake you can spot East Peak. High                  temperatures at East Peak Lake during the summer are in the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 30's, and nighttime lows in the 20's for East Peak Lake. East Peak Lake is one of the lakes here in the Clearwater Mountains. Now, you may think that's a heap but there's even more fun things to do here in the Clearwater Mountains. Lone Lakes is a pleasant lake near East Peak Lake. Man, is there loads of entertaining things to do right next door to East Peak Lake.
